Because it&#8217;s so simple, Mahhala requires no backend API, doesn&#8217;t integrate with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or anything else.  It doesn&#8217;t need your location, or know about your iPhone, or anything else like that.  Sure, we could develop an API to aggregate everyone&#8217;s tipping data and sell it off, but that&#8217;s a lot of work and it would be sleazy.  So, no, we&#8217;re not doing that.<\/p>\n<p>Now, Mahhala is funded by <a href=\"https:\/\/admob.google.com\/home\/\">Google Admob<\/a> (if we ever make anything off of it), which you can control through your iOS <b>Privacy Settings<\/b>.
