Professionally, I’m a Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer skilled in leading the development and implementation of business technology strategies in fast-paced growth-stage organizations. Having worked in telecommunications, home entertainment and automation, IoT, and healthcare, I am skilled at listening to, understanding, and adapting to the voices of the market, customers, business operations, technology, and regulations. Over the past decades I’ve compiled a track record of successfully implementing and managing all aspects of technology development including recruiting, managing, and mentoring software engineering staff; developing and integrating software solutions using agile development methodologies; developing and instituting code revision management and continuous build systems; establishing and improving defect resolution productivity goals; leading cross-functional teams on delivery of product releases; and leading organizations through challenging compliance frameworks.<\/p>\n
After having successfully led organizations through both HITRUST<\/a> and SOC1 Type 2 and SOC2 Type 2<\/a> certifications, I decided to take the CISSP exam<\/a>, and am now also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional.<\/p>\n
